Plans
Every StatusCloud Account belongs to one of four plans: Free, Pro, Business, or Enterprise. This designation determines what functionality you have access to, as well as the amount of resources you can use.
Free
This plan is great for hobbyists monitoring a side project, or for those with only minimal monitoring needs.
It allows the use of up to 10 monitors, each of which can carry out checks up to every 5 minutes. Only basic alerts and incident management features are supported, but if you just want us to email you if your site goes offline, this is a good choice.
Pro
The Pro plan is designed for professionals who need more than the Free tier provides.
Phone and text message alerts are now available, and monitors can run every minute. Plus, you can create custom integrations using our webhooks, and can connect a custom domain to your status page.
Business
For those wanting to collaborate with a team, or having greater monitoring requirements, the Business plan has you covered.
Accounts at this tier can have an unlimited number of members, with a host of team-specific features now available. Monitors can now check arbitrary TCP and UDP ports, run up to every 30 seconds, or use crontab scheduling.
Enterprise
If you have custom requirements or want to benefit from volume discounts, the Enterprise plan is what you need.
We can offer a wide array of Enterprise-class functionality, including: SSO support, dedicated monitoring infrastructure, a negotiable SLA, access to raw logs, volume discounts, support contracts, training or on-boarding sessions, and more.
