Depending on the situation, contacting a specific team below may help us resolve the issue faster, but you can always just email support@statuscloud.com and we'll route it accordingly.
General Support
For general product support and technical questions, contact our support team. We will happily help you use the product and try to resolve any issues, but for Free and Pro plan customers our technical support is "best effort".
Enterprise customers can also contact their StatusCloud representative for expedited assistance, in line with any negotiated support plan.
Sales and Billing
To discuss any financial matters regarding your account, or to engage with our sales force, contact our billing team. We can offer volume discounts, provide product demonstrations, consider alternative payment options, and more.
Abuse
If you believe that StatusCloud is being used to attack your website or is otherwise causing a problem, contact our abuse team straight away. Using our product in this way is against our Terms of Service, and we will take immediate action if this occurs.
